East Anglia's Children's Hospices

EACH supports families and cares for children and young people with life-threatening conditions across Cambrs, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk. EACH provides care and support wherever the family wishes – in families' own homes, in hospital or at one of its hospices in Ipswich, Milton and Quidenham. This year, the charity needs to raise £4 million in donations to deliver its services. This amounts to £11,000 a day, every day of the year.

While we don't expect to raise anywhere near that amount at the DBF Barbecue and Auction of Promises, your generosity can actually make a  life-changing difference to a family in our area.

Let's hope that we never need them, but let's be immensely grateful that they are here.

The Charity Auction!

The Auctioneer, Mike Sarson MRCIS

Mike read Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural College and joined a regional firm of Chartered Surveyors in the south-west before coming to TW Gaze LLP in 1995. He was elected a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1995 and was Chairman of the East Anglian Junior Organisation of Chartered Surveyors in the late 1990's.

Mike is Chief Executive of the Partnership and head of the Residential Property Department at TW Gaze LLP, dealing with all aspects of residential property work including sales, surveys and valuations for a wide range of private and corporate clients.

He is also a regular auctioneer both on the Friday and Saturday sales, property auctions and for various charity functions.
